Cat blogging

Although a fair amount of snow fell last night, it never got below freezing, but the rain that was supposed to follow never arrived, so there is still some wet snow on the ground this morning.
What's this?
I don't like it.

To answer your question on my blog (I couldn't find an email address for you) - the insert we have is a High Valley stove, purchased from a little shop set up in a local apple house, but last time I went by there it was gone.

I have the brochure, and the website listed is:

and when I went there, it boasted, "Located in western North Carolina where people are self reliant and love the heat from nature's renewable energy supply.... wood!" - Spruce Pine, NC - so maybe it is not far from you?

Anyway, we used to have the heatilator and have tried several things over the years, but have had this one for 4 winters now, and LOVE it. Every few days we repeat - that is the best investment we ever made!
